Returns Policy
1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept the return of any of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare professional.
2. Other Returns
ANC will accept product returns and will provide a refund, exchange or credit (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty
In the unlikely event of an adverse reaction, please seek medical advice and then, inform our naturopath team by contacting them at naturopaths@ausnaturalcare.com.au or by phoning 1300 365 020.
3. Using AfterPay
Please note that we do not allow exchanges or refunds for change of mind if you have used AfterPay, due to the nature of the AfterPay payments.
